Refund Policy – Bull Dawg Entertainment

 

At Bull Dawg Entertainment, we take pride in delivering high-quality services. However, due to the nature of our work, refunds are limited.

 

Digital Services (Mixing, Mastering, Promotion):

All sales are final once work has begun.

If a project has not yet started, clients may request a full refund within 3 business days of purchase.

 

Merchandise:

Refunds or exchanges are available for defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery.

Customers must provide proof of purchase and return the item in its original condition.

 

Refund Requests:

To request a refund, contact admin@bulldawgrecords.com. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.
